Our Policies

1. Shipping & Delivery

Getting solid wood furniture safely to your door takes a bit of coordination. Here is how we handle it:

  • When it ships: In-stock items leave our shop in 3 to 5 business days. If you ordered a custom piece, give our builders 4 to 6 weeks to craft it.
  • Curbside Drop-off: Our standard delivery means the truck drops the boxes at the end of your driveway or the curb. You'll need some muscle to get it inside.
  • White-Glove Delivery: If you select this at checkout, the delivery team will carry the furniture to the exact room you want, build it, and haul away the trash.
  • Measure twice: Please measure your doorways, hallways, and stairwells before checking out. If a piece simply won't fit through the front door, we can't be held responsible.
  • Check your boxes: Look over the packaging before you sign the delivery slip. If the box looks crushed, note it on the driver's paperwork and let us know within 48 hours.

2. Returns & Refunds

Shipping heavy furniture back and forth is tough on the pieces and expensive. We want to be completely upfront about how returns work.

  • The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the day your furniture arrives to decide if it works for your space.
  • Restocking Fees: Because of the sheer cost of moving freight, we have to charge a 15% restocking fee on standard returns. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Keep it pristine: We can only take back items in their original condition and packaging. If it's been assembled, altered, or damaged in your home, we can't accept the return.
  • Final Sale: Custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards are yours for good—no returns or refunds on these.

3. Warranty & Wood Care

We stand behind the way our furniture is built. You get a full 1-year warranty covering any structural or manufacturing defects under normal home use.

A quick note on real wood: Solid wood is a natural, living material. You are going to see variations in the grain, color shifts, and knots. That is what makes it real, not a defect. Wood also breathes, so minor expansion or hairline cracks can happen as seasons change.
  • What isn't covered: Keeping a solid wood table right next to a blasting radiator or in direct, baking sunlight will eventually warp or fade it. Damage from extreme temperature swings, humidity drops, or harsh chemical cleaners falls outside the warranty.
  • Need help? If something is actually broken or defective, just email our support team with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

4. Privacy & Your Data

We keep things simple: we only ask for the information we actually need to get a table or chair into your dining room.

  • What we collect: Your name, address, email, and phone number. We use this to process your order and let you know when the delivery truck is coming.
  • Payment Security: We don't store your credit card numbers. Everything goes through secure, encrypted payment processors like Stripe or PayPal.
  • No selling data: We will never sell or rent your personal info. We only share your address with the shipping carriers so they can find your house.

5. Terms & Pricing

  • Colors on screens: We do our best to photograph the wood stains exactly as they look in natural light. But every phone and computer monitor displays color differently, so expect slight variations in person.
  • Honest mistakes: If a technical glitch accidentally prices a $1,500 credenza at $15, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We'll fix the typo and let you know what happened.
